Conduct of workshops :
Workshop on Emotionalism vs Profits in Stock Markets is proposed to be conducted at Hyderabad preferably on a Sunday. Fee for attending the proposed workshop is Rs.5000/-. For more details on the workshop and the topics covered, please visit the concerned webpage.
A non-refundable registration fee of Rs.1000/- is to be paid and the remaining amount of Rs.4000/- is to be paid one week before the workshop. Due to any reasons which are beyond our control, the workshop may get postponed or cancelled. In the event of postponement for up to 21 days, no fee will be returned and the workshop will be conducted as rescheduled. If the workshop is postponed beyond 21 days for an indefinite period, the entire amount will be refunded, if the participants desire so.
If any investor, who paid full amount, fails to attend the workshop, he/she will be given an option to attend any one of the next immediate two workshops. In case of non-attendance, fee will not be refunded. However, a discount of 50% will be offered if he/she again wants to attend the workshop at a later date.
If registration fee is paid and remaining amount is not paid , then the registration fee will not be refunded. If the participant wishes to re-register again within three months, the registration paid earlier will be taken into consideration. If the re-registration occurs after three months from the date of first paid-registration, then the registration fee paid will not be refunded.
Trendfortune.com reserves the right to return the total fee paid and cancel the membership of any member to the Workshop in its discretion.

Litigation :
Transactions between the paid clients of the website and Trendfortune.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to the laws regarding conflicts of law. Any litigation regarding this agreement or any transaction between a paid client and Trendfortune.com or any action at law arising out of or relating to this agreement or transaction shall be filed only in the Competent Courts of Hyderabad (Telangana, India) alone and the member hereby agrees, consents and submits to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action.
Changes in Terms & Conditions :
Trendfortune.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change any or all of the provisions of this Agreement at any time. Users of the website are requested to check the terms & conditions from time to time.
