You may be thinking how this concept works? It is very simple. Going for a trade means making a 'buy' or 'sell' decision only when the underlying trend of a Stock or Index indicates an entry or exit. Making trades for no reason should not become a habit. You should enter into Stock market when there is a genuine opportunity supported by the existing trend. Once an entry is made at the beginning or middle of a trend, the trend itself shoots the stock/index up, resulting in profits.
